- Natterer's bat Myotis nattereri (Kuhl, 1817) - localy common in caves.
- Geoffroy's bat Myotis emarginatus (Geoffroy, 1806) - rare, occurs only in Polish Jura and mountains.
- Whiskered bat Myotis mystacinus (Kuhl, 1817) - uncommon in caves and Poland, more common in mountains.
